- Alliea-My favorite restaurant in Chattanooga (where my dad lives). In a restored old meat-packing house. Wonderful clay oven pizza, friendly service, beautiful ambience!
- Petrus Triple Ale-You don't have time for a meal? This lovely brew is like drinking a loaf of bread.
- Bottleshock-Great movie about the France v California blind tastings that let the world know our country as great wine makers!
Flavors of Asia & Cheese Classes
A great time was had by all @ Flavors of Asia Japan Dinner on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Look for us to be blogging daily and adding some new things to Liam's! Events for May 18th & 19th; Swtizterland & Finland; Korean Dinner on May 25th.
The Japan Dinner was wonderful! I think the fried lotus appetizer and the fluke were my favorites!
